4. Bookings & Event Inquiries
For performance bookings and event inquiries:
4.1 Inquiry Process
All booking requests must be submitted through our official contact form or email. We will respond within 3-5 business days.
4.2 Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed after both parties sign a formal agreement and deposit payment is received.
4.3 Technical Requirements
Event organizers must provide technical riders and requirements at least 2 weeks before the event date.
5. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable as per the cancellation policy below.

Full refund minus 10% processing fee

Force majeure events (natural disasters, emergencies) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
